In looking around a little bit for the post yesterday about giving up 30 minutes a day of TV, I came across this post of someone who gave up TV for a week. Well, he didn’t quite make it a full week, but he did pretty good. I think it’s actually a really cool concept. I may be a little too glued to try it right now, but I think it’s worth a thought. Maybe a gradual weaning? Maybe a 1 week experiment? Not sure, but I do like the idea. Is it worth it?
