If you’re not aware, Smashing Mag puts up a bunch of desktop wallpaper calendars at the first of every month. All of them are very well designed and cover a wide array of tastes. Here’s the ones for July. I highly recommend them.
The thought behind it is that it’s an aesthetic change that’s easy to make, and keeps things fresh. A change of scenery and environment often helps to keep the creative process going, and keeps things from getting stagnant and old.
